Quick Full Body 20 Minute SweatFest

I have been struggling with getting my WordPress to post all morning!  I am now running tight on time to bring Cooper to the beach today.  So I am going to get straight to the point.  Since my distance races are complete for the summer I am going to focus more on strength and power circuits since I don’t have to dedicate 1-2 hours to running everyday.

Here is my first workout from my new routine.

Each exercise lasts 1 minute

  • 1/4 mile sprint
  • Chest to floor push ups
  • Walking planks
  • Dips
  • Burpees
  • 1/4 mile sprint
  • Jumping Lunges
  • Pulse lunges (each leg one minute)
  • Air squats
  • 1/4 mile sprint
  • Full sit ups
  • V- Ups
  • Bicycles
  • Plank
  • 1/4 mile sprint

This workout had sweat dripping off my face by the end and I am not a huge sweat-er.  It was a great way get cardio and strength into one quick, yet effective workout.
