20 Minute Saturday Circuit

I am running a little late posting this today but it is still a great workout none the less WHICH everyone should do!

Burns so many calories you can eat like this…no not really

4 Sets of 5 minutes, keep repeating until time is up!

Set 1: 5 Reps

  1. Jumping in and out squats
  2. Overhead press with weights
  3. Jumping lunges
  4. Dive bomber pushups
  5. 1 pull up

Set 2:  Repeat above with 10 Reps each: 2 pull ups

Set 3:  Repeat above with 15 Reps each: 3 pull ups

Set 4:  Repeat above with 20 Reps each: 4 pull ups
