I am running a little late posting this today but it is still a great workout none the less WHICH everyone should do!
4 Sets of 5 minutes, keep repeating until time is up!
Set 1: 5 Reps
- Jumping in and out squats
- Overhead press with weights
- Jumping lunges
- Dive bomber pushups
- 1 pull up
Set 2: Repeat above with 10 Reps each: 2 pull ups
Set 3: Repeat above with 15 Reps each: 3 pull ups
Set 4: Repeat above with 20 Reps each: 4 pull ups
