Test Your Fitness!

Want to know how fit you are or track your progress?  Try this fitness challenge.

It may not be as exciting as fire jumping but it works!

 

Each exercise for 1 minutes each.  Do as many reps as you can.

1.  Chest to Floor Push Ups

2. Squats

3. Full Sit Ups

4. Burpees

5. Dips on a chair

 

This will test all your major muscle groups and help you track your improvement. Keep a record of as many reps you are able to complete and each month retest yourself looking for progress!
